NMLA 2022 Annual Conference Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering with NMLA is a great opportunity to create career connections and learn about the work of the association. If you are interested in one or more of the following positions during the annual conference please reach out to contact@nmla.org with your name, phone number, and availability on Wednesday October 26th, Thursday October 27th and Friday October 28th.

Registration Table Attendants

Greet and check-in conference-goers, distribute name tags, and answer registration-related questions.

Presentation Room Attendants

Greet the program speaker, assist with program session evaluation surveys, notify venue staff if something in the room needs attention, including audio-visual matters, temperature, additional seating.

Silent Auction Attendants

Assist with silent auction display set-up and table monitoring, and encourage attendees to visit the display tables during the conference.
